Placement Eligibility
Children will not be excluded for services based upon race, creed, nationality, gender, disability or religious preference.
Dependent children in the state of Kentucky, from the age of birth to 21, are eligible for placement acceptance.
Children having an IQ greater than 45 are eligible for placement.
Sibling groups will be accepted.
Medically Fragile children are eligible for placement within a Medically Fragile trained foster home.
Children charged with sexual offenses, who agree to participate in a juvenile sexual offenders certified counseling program, are eligible for placement within a single child foster home.
Children with behavioral histories of AWOL, aggression, school suspension, fire setting, theft, etc. or having need for additional supervision not typical of the child's developmental age are eligible for services.
